Client: Waylun Pet Care
Waylun Pet Care expanded against the trend during the pandemic. As physical retail sales struggled during COVID, Waylun actively developed its online retail and Japan operations.
Year: 2024
In response to their business expansion, we developed a brand new MERP system for them, fully integrating POS, CRM, Loyalty, inventory, logistics, and procurement into one platform.

Their system procurement also successfully secured TVP funding, saving them more than half of the total project cost.
Client: Red Tea Cafe
Red Tea Cafe has taken a significant step in fulfilling its corporate responsibility by advancing its ESG initiatives. To address kitchen smoke emissions and the high energy consumption caused by aging equipment, we introduced the UV Ventilation IoT System.
Year: 2023
This system, equipped with multiple sensors, switch, and a UV smart range hood, automatically adjusts ventilation power based on real-time kitchen smoke and emission levels.

It also features a backend system that displays emission levels and energy consumption throughout the day, helping management gain better insights into the kitchen environment and optimize operations.
Client: GAIA Group
Due to business development needs, GAIA Group required a complete overhaul of the retail system across its entire restaurant group. GAIA has been rooted in Hong Kong for 20 years and operates over 30 restaurants. In 2020, as part of their growth strategy, they sought to implement a membership app. However, their existing POS system was not cloud-based, making it difficult to integrate with many third-party membership apps
Year: 2022-now
For this project, we recommended the most suitable POS and membership app provider for Western-style restaurants and assisted them in applying for the Technology Voucher Programme (TVP). This allowed them to fully replace the POS systems in all 30 restaurants, transitioning from offline to cloud-based operations.

The system transformation was completed in January 2024. Looking ahead, we will continue to support GAIA’s ESG initiatives, providing further transformation solutions and applications.
